Food has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a family restaurant, learned my way around the kitchen, and spent years chasing bold flavors. These days, though, cooking looks a little different for me. I left restaurant kitchens to take care of my mom, and along the way, I discovered how to turn her favorite comfort foods into healthier meals that still taste amazing.
